We looked at the existing tools — paper tickets, basic SMS services, clunky enterprise systems that needed an IT team to set up. None of them were built for the real-world operator who needs something working in minutes without training or a six-figure budget.
So we built NextInQue: a platform that replaces the physical queue with a digital one. Customers join via QR code or shared link, see their live position on any phone, and get a WhatsApp alert when it's almost their turn. No app download. No standing around. No guesswork.
