1. Provision of Service
QUE (Pvt. Ltd.) operates a digital loyalty platform under the brand name Next in Que in Pakistan, providing businesses with queue management and customer loyalty solutions.
2. Merchant Responsibilities
Merchants agree to:
- Use Next in Que responsibly and lawfully.
- Safeguard all account credentials, passwords, and confidential information.
3. Charges and Payment
- Merchants shall pay all fees outlined in the Subscription Agreement.
4. System Maintenance & Upgrades
QUE (Pvt. Ltd.) may perform maintenance, updates, or upgrades to the platform.
5. Intellectual Property
- QUE (Pvt. Ltd.) retains all rights to the platform.
6. Indemnity
Merchants shall indemnify and hold QUE (Pvt. Ltd.) harmless from claims or damages.
7. Confidentiality
- Both parties shall maintain confidentiality.
8. Liability
Neither party shall be liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Force Majeure / Excusable Events
QUE (Pvt. Ltd.) shall not be liable for delays caused by uncontrollable events.
10. Suspension and Termination
- Services may be suspended for non-compliance.
